Your mind and your body are in balance can think more clearly and retain more information.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span class="style61"><span style="font-size: 9pt;"><span style="font-family: Verdana;">There are many <strong>benefits of relaxation</strong>, the most common one is that it reduces stress, most people live in a rush and pressure by many financial and personal problems, this causes illnesses and long term problems, but using relaxation you can regain control over your body and mind to relief from it and feel more happy. </span></span></span></p>
<p><span class="style61"><span style="font-size: 9pt;"><span style="font-family: Verdana;">of the common methods used for relaxation is meditation, for example yoga is a very popular discipline that helps to balance the mind with the body, it make you feel relaxed and even heal your body of all that stress that you had.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span class="style61"><span style="font-size: 9pt;"><span style="font-family: Verdana;">Its known by some studies that stress is the most common cause of illnesses, this is because when we are stressed our body defenses are low and thus we are more vulnerable. <strong>Relaxation</strong> is also used by sports players to calm their mind and body so they can perform better and not being nervous before a tournament.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span class="style61"><span style="font-size: 9pt;"><span style="font-family: Verdana;">I encourage you to try some relaxation techniques to help you take better decision and heal your body.
