Are you one of those people that is rushing every day to finish the work at the last minute, buy your food in a rush, make several cell phone calls while driving, have personal relationships problems due to the lack of attention and you get irritated easily, then you most probably are stressed.

That is just one example, but anyone even your children can be stressed by emotional problems, work or money. One of the most used ways to reduce stress is relaxation breathing. But why should you use it or who does it reduce stress?

Its very simple, deep relaxation will change the current state of your body, it will slow down your breath, your heart rate, your blood pressure, your tension and many more things. You should take deep breathes hold it for a moment and then release it. Doing this will help you heal your body and balance it.

The problem is that when you are stressed you are experiencing those symptoms that i talked above like high blood pressure, this stress then reduces the defenses of your body immune system and you are vulnerable to different illnesses.

The benefits of deep relaxation are proven to work very well, even sport players use it to relax before tournaments and be concentrated. When you are stressed you can not think clearly and you just react to circumstances, being relaxed will help you have more sharp focus and make better decisions.

There are other techniques that can be helpful like visualization, mediation, physical relaxation and audio tapes. However just using your breathing any time you need it you can relax and regain control over your body
