1) Take bath with hot water, it can be very relaxing and healthy to let your body feel the hot water and just relax.
2) Hear music, many people just hear music in parties or to dance, but music can be a very powerful relaxing if you choose it right. You can find new age music, subliminal message music and any other kind of easy music for the ear.
3) Eat healthy food, eating the necessary nutrients for you body is important to maintain a proper balance and not stress your body.
4) Herbals, there are different kinds of herbal medicine or plants that enhance the body functions and increase your immune system defense.
5) Exercise, lots of people sub estimate the need of proper exercise every day. The body needs oxygen and energies to recover every day, if you exercise you are giving your body the necessary oxygen to be healthy have a healthy metabolism.
Now, those are just some of the possible relaxation tips that you can start using, but there are many more like, meditation that you can practice with yoga, Sleeping well, not smoking, avoid too much alcohol, dont stress too much at work, prioritize your activities and delegate the less important tasks.
A good exercise for meditation and relaxation is to find a quite place, breath deep, close your eyes, think in natural places and visualize your goals, hear some sounds of nature music and you will get very relaxed.
